These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website daisys-duds.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products & Orders

We sell women’s tops, dresses & pants. All descriptions, images, specifications are for general reference. We aim for accuracy, but slight variations (e.g. in color, size) may occur.
When you place an order, that is an offer to buy under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g. if the product is out of stock, or there is an error in the price or description).

3. Pricing & Payment

All quoted prices are in USD and exclude taxes as applicable.
Payment must be completed before shipment. We accept the following payment methods:

Google Pay (GPay)
Link (Stripe’s fast checkout option)
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
U.S. Bank Account (ACH transfer)
Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later option)

If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping policy : Shipping generally is made within 5-7 days of the receipt of the order. Shipping fees are $5.99 unless the order is in excess of $79.00 and then the shipping cost is free.
Risk (e.g. damage, loss) passes to you once the product has been delivered to the shipping carrier or to your address (as per your shipping agreement).
We are not responsible for customs, import duties, taxes or clearance fees for international shipments (if applicable); This is your responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return or exchange your unwanted item or items within 10 days of receipt subject to the product(s) being unworn, in the original condition with tags and in the original packaging.
Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at daisysduds516@aol.com.
You can print a free USPS return label for any domestic order under $100.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, subject to the product being unworn, in original condition, with tags and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at our email address. You may need to provide proof of purchase.
If made within the 10 day period, there are no return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Site

All content on the Site (images, text, designs, logos) is owned by Daisy’s Duds or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit such content without our consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g. by attempting to hack it, transmitting viruses, obstructing others, etc.).

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We endeavor to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy’s Duds is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental losses arising from use of the site or products.
Our liability for any claim arising from any product purchased shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Site. It’s your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state Connecticut.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of state of Connecticut.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced (e.g. Shipping, Returns, Privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Daisy’s Duds in relation to purchases from the Site.
